If you have an entrepreneur's spirit there are so many different kinds of businesses that you could start.  Of course it helps to have some knowledge in the area you are entering.  But, many trades and services can be learned fairly quickly.  it is your ability to deliver a quality product/service as well as generate leads which will make the difference.  We read a good article by thesimpledollar.com of 50 ideas and listed out 5 that can be started very quickly:
