For any business to succeed, energy must be present. This isn’t referring to the energy that powers your air conditioning or the one that keeps your computer running. Rather, the term energy in this case refers to the enthusiasm one feels for their life, their future and any venture they happen to be pursuing. While every business needs this type of energy – otherwise referred to as a raging fire of passion from within – network marketing energy is an entirely different beast. An accountant must feel energy in order to perform his or her job effectively and to succeed in the face of so much ongoing competition. Yet an accountant’s energy and a network marketer’s energy is like the difference between a match flame and an atom bomb explosion. An accountant could never hope to match the energy level of a network marketer, and if he or she could, that person would definitely be in the wrong line of work.

Why does network marketing energy require so much more energy than your typical business venture? The primary reason is because a network marketer (also known as a multi-level marketer or MLM) has two focuses that require almost the same amount of energy expenditure. For one, most network marketers are trying to sell a product or service. They are doing this all day every day and so they need to have the proper amounts of energy to get others excited about what they’re offering.
At the same time, network marketers are also trying to keep a keen eye out for any motivated talent that they can recruit for their own team. The more high energy recruits a network marketer can accumulate, the bigger the MLM venture will become and the more profits will come rolling in.
How To Develop Energy
If you are interested in joining a network marketing opportunity or if you are currently involved with an opportunity and you’re not quite getting the results you hoped for – and you suspect it might be your energy levels – it would help to know a few techniques for really building on your current energy levels. Close your eyes and see yourself achieving your MLM goals. Picture yourself signing the deed to your new multi-million dollar mansion and feel the breeze through your hair as you stand on your mansion’s balcony and look down at your gleaming fleet of Italian sports cars. Sometimes just seeing your goals and dreams coming true – even in your mind’s eye – can help you achieve your greatest desires in real life. Feel, see, taste, hear and smell yourself succeeding and you likely will do just that.
Have Regular Team Meetings –
The best way to find network marketing energy is to get together with other like-minded people. Whether they’re your own recruits or they are team members under another MLM leader, attend regular meetings with your fellow energetic brothers and sisters and get excited about your lives and opportunities together. Dance, sing, laugh and clap each other on the back for finding a great opportunity and for giving that opportunity all you can give.
If you don’t feel very energetic, you probably won’t go far with even the best MLM opportunity. That’s not meant to neg you out; it’s meant to forewarn you. When you find a network marketing opportunity, use the above techniques and try to bring the positive energy every which way you can. You’ll soon feel it reverberating through your body and, ultimately, your soul. When that network marketing energy is really flowing, you’ll know right away that you chose the best opportunity for you and that your dreams are just around the corner.
